Which programme is right for my child?
This depends on many things — the type of school you are looking for, length of stay, and accommodation preference. We are happy to advise.
Can we switch programmes?
Programmes are tailored to each student’s specific circumstances, but we will always discuss your options if your needs change. Please contact us as early as possible.
What if my child needs extra support?
All our programmes can be supplemented with additional services such as more frequent welfare visits, tutoring referrals, or enhanced communication — just let us know what you need.
How far in advance should we enrol?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, ideally before your child’s school place is confirmed. However, we can often arrange guardianship at short notice if needed.
Are there additional costs for exeats?
Exeats are charged at the number of nights in a host family at the standard rate, plus travel costs to and from the host family.
Do you cover all holidays?
For boarding students, we encourage students to return home during the longer holidays of Christmas and Easter, and at the end of the academic year. Half-term accommodation is available to all students. For homestay students, some holiday provision may be included in your programme, including half terms.
